Project Description

Oceania is a leading provider of premium healthcare services in New Zealand that aims to reimagine the aged care and retirement living experience. With more than 50 sites across New Zealand, Oceania wanted to find a company with the geographic coverage to match theirs, and with proven experience in maintaining and caring for the painted surfaces of facilities operating within highly-sensitive environments. Additionally, they needed a company that could complete requests for interior works within a 48-hour turnaround and a manager able to create and run a rapid response program so that rooms are not left vacant for long periods.

Project Solution

Programmed’s large geographical footprint meant we are within easy reach of each Oceania site and able to provide the responsive service Oceania sought. Account management meetings to discuss strategic plans and programs consistently include safety as an agenda topic. Programmed ensures our health and safety managers visit each site and meet regularly with Oceania’s Auckland Head Office members. Achieving uniformed presentation standards across all Oceania sites is critical and something the customer is confident Programmed will do.

Project Outcome

Programmed has been working with Oceania for more than 10 years and has implemented a seamless ability to respond rapidly to Oceania when interior spaces and rooms need repainting. Meanwhile, an on–going maintenance programme ensures that all Oceania sites across the country are pristine. Programmed keeps Oceania’s facilities well-maintained through annual servicing. Washing and painting the buildings regularly ensures their durability and extended lifespans. No matter where they are located, there is cohesion in the way all Oceania sites are presented and maintained. With Programmed being their single vendor nationally, the healthcare group can retain their signature tidy, welcoming appearance.
