Candice began her journey with Programmed as an apprentice painter and has since grown into a successful career as a qualified tradesperson. Her story reflects the opportunities that hands-on learning and apprenticeships can create, particularly for women building careers in traditionally male-dominated industries. Previously featured in our Women in Trades story, Candice continues to encourage more women to explore where a career in the trades could take them.

Anthony Crowther, General Manager, Industrial Maintenance
Anthony's career has taken him across the energy, water, transport and construction sectors, building more than 15 years' experience leading teams in complex industrial environments.
Today, he leads Programmed's Energy & Resources operations across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, combining his passion for people, industry and the infrastructure that supports Australian communities.
Michaela Cardamone - Trainer, Programmed Apprenticeships, Traineeships and Training
Michaela represents the learning and development capability within Programmed. Through training and mentoring, she helps people build skills, confidence and rewarding careers for the future.
Paul Anderson, Open Spaces and Grounds Maintenance
Paul helps maintain some of Melbourne's most recognised public spaces, including Albert Park. Some readers may also recognise him from our previous Work and Smile campaign, where he shared the pride he takes in creating welcoming outdoor environments.
Fun fact: Paul’s ride-on-mower made it’s maiden voyage in our ad that day He’d kept it brand new just for the occasion.

Nathan represents the specialist expertise behind some of Australia's most innovative technology projects. The LED installation featured behind him is part of the award-nominated work that recently saw Programmed Electrical Technologies recognised as finalists in the Inavate APAC Awards, showcasing the world's largest single LED screen at Swinburne University.
Matt Yiu, Resource Specialist
At Programmed, it’s all about being a team player, and Matt definitely fit the bill. As the campaign's only "actor", Matt stepped in to represent one of Programmed's many service capabilities, FIFO village chef, outside of his own day-to-day role as a Resource Specialist. Why, you ask? Well, our award-winning chefs are truly busy in the kitchen ensuring the workforce of Australia is well fed! Matt took to the role with ease and helped bring the Programmed story to life. Not bad for his first on-screen appearance!

Graeme joined Programmed in 2018 as CEO of our Facility Management business before stepping into his current role as Programmed's Chief Executive Officer.
