Planned Maintenance includes all statutory and mandatory maintenance requirements, managed by applying the principles of our ISO 55001 certified Asset Management System. We deploy the processes, procedures and templates captured in our Integrated Management System to always keep your assets in a state of operational readiness for their intended functions.
Key factors in our Planned Maintenance approach include:
- An Asset Register developed from initial condition audits and ongoing performance to mitigate the risk of asset failure
- Maintenance planning and scheduling reflecting asset criticality and risk factors, developed in collaboration with our customers to minimise disruption to operations
- Reassessment at each maintenance activity of the condition of the asset and updating the Asset Register as appropriate
