Dilworth School

Project Description

Dilworth has three campuses, Junior, Senior, and Rural – All of which are boarding schools. To ensure that their students have the best learning and living environments, the buildings need to remain in top condition, both inside and out. Dilworth Trust Board needed to find a company that could safely and respectfully, maintain and manage the interior and exterior painting of their facilities. Additionally, they needed a company that had modern and heritage site experience, as their collection of buildings varies in age, condition, and substrates. 

Project Solution

Programmed was initially given the opportunity to complete a small project at the Dilworth Senior campus in 1998, and since then, they have formed a lasting partnership. Programmed demonstrated a high level of care and attention to detail and was given additional projects. With Programmed’s developed knowledge of Dilworth’s collection of properties and maintenance needs, they were able to come up with an interior and exterior painting and preventative maintenance program customised specifically for Dilworth School. 

Project Outcome

The robust and growing relationship between Programmed and Dilworth Trust Board ensures that each campus always looks its best, engendering the sense of belonging and pride that is at the core of Dilworth’s values. The work completed is of the highest standard, and the permanency of Programmed staff on-site means established relationships and mutual respect has been formed, not only with staff but the students and Dilworth community too. Programmed successfully washes Dilworth’s sites annually and maintains the current paint surfaces. These preventative measures result in substantial savings and keeps the sites in top condition. Programmed values the relationship they have with Dilworth and look at is as a strategic and open partnership.
