Hilton Lake Taupo, a notable landmark in the popular tourist area of Lake Taupo, required a full exterior repaint of their heritage building. The main challenge was completing the work efficiently while the hotel remained operational and accommodating guests. Hilton sought a reliable team that could handle the project’s scale and complexity while minimising disruptions.
Project Solution
Programmed’s ability to draw on resources from both Rotorua and Tauranga allowed us to effectively manage the extensive repainting job. We approached the project in phases, using exterior scaffolding and scheduling work during specific hours to reduce noise and disturbances for guests. Our team’s on-site presence was key, allowing us to work longer hours and avoid travel delays, which helped us stay on schedule.
