Minor Capital
Our four-stage Minor Capital Works methodology is designed to deliver predictable and quality project outcomes for you:
- Establishment – scoping the project, developing the project schedule and gaining the necessary approvals
- Planning – developing technical specs, finalising the design and procuring the builder
- Execution – delivering the minor works, monitoring contractors and tracking and reporting on progress
- Close – Practical completion, reviewing the outcomes, closing the project, updating the asset register and handover to operations.
We have implemented the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model in delivering value to our customers. This means that the builder is engaged during the design stage, bringing their expertise to bear in developing the final technical solution.
ECI allows us to bundle opportunities within a Minor Works Program that achieves lower cost outcomes as consultants and suppliers invest in larger scopes of work, gain greater familiarity with the requirements and better understand your operating environment.
